As a recent transplant to NYC, my goal is explore cuisine around the city while also developing my own skills. I’ve lived in Florida, Missouri, and further upstate, and each place has its own unique cuisines. I kick myself in the butt for not making some kind of list so I can remember all the good places I went to. Now that I live in New York I want to make sure that doesn’t happen again!
Lately I’ve become a big fan of chocolate. Well, more than I already was to begin with. =) After learning how chocolate is made starting from the bean, I got kind of… well, obsessed. Now my goal is to open a chocolate shop in about 10 years time.
My blog focuses on restaurant reviews, recipe reviews, chocolate tastings, and showcases some of my better food experiments.
